RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

At www.avirich.com, we take a lot of care to provide detailed information on all our products. However, if for some reason you have ordered the wrong size, OR have been delivered an  incorrect product, OR you have received the package in a defective condition, we offer an easy returns & refund policy.


Returns Policy :

In case of returns ( wrong size/ incorrect product) please inform us of your intention to return the product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Email us at contactus@avirich.com with your Order Id as well as the reason for return.

We will get revert to you on the given email Id informing you of the returns procedure to be followed.

All products to be returned must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Orders that do not meet the above criteria will not be exchanged.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9650395586 or email us at contactus@avirich.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In case the product is not available, we will offer you a full refund by way of store credits.

Products on special offers, discounts and promotions cannot be exchanged.
